Since Wells Bridge Farm's incorporation in 1989, trainers Corky Shaha and Paul Rohrbach have developed the single largest hunter, jumper, and equitation training business in the state of Colorado. Wells Bridge Farm's success is due to the extensive knowledge base and expertise our trainers contribute to the business.

Paul Rohrbach began riding as a child in Oahu, Hawaii. He showed successfully in the state before leaving for North Carolina State University to study business and then returned to the University of Hawaii to continue his studies. At the age of 20, he was chosen for the opportunity to apprentice with Rudy Leone of Leone Equestrians, Inc. of Sacramento, California. As a young professional, Paul travelled to Axxel, Holland to work and ride for a premiere horse show and sales stable. Throughout his career, Paul has competed successfully on the national and international Grand Prix show jumping circuit and reached the World Cup Qualifying level. Paul has numerous awards to his credit from the United States Equestrian Federation, United States Hunter Jumper Association, and World Champion Hunter Rider organization. Just this September, Paul became the first recipient of the 'Setting the Standard' award; an award given by the Langer Equestrian Group in memory of fellow professional rider Keri Kaneps

Paul and Corky established a successful partnership which led to the organization of Wells Bridge Farm, Inc. In 2008, Corky and Paul purchased their own facility in Parker, Colorado. This decision was motivated by their desire to focus on personalized care for both horse and rider in an environment that would be conducive to providing the level of care and intensive training that their clients require. Corky has since retired, and Wells Bridge Farm added Dorothy Rohrbach and Tess Harris to the training team!

Throughout their careers they have trained numerous riders and horses to state and national championships, the North American Young Rider Championships, Prix de States competitions, and United States Equestrian Federation's Horse of the Year status. Paul continues to actively compete horses for clients at all levels of the sport in the hunter and jumper arenas. Wells Bridge trainers are regularly invited to give clinics throughout the country. They have mentored and developed several young riders from apprentices to successful professionals in the equestrian industry. The Wells Bridge Team looks forward to continuing to develop their facility and business to provide the optimum training and showing experience for their clients and their horses.
