Wells Bridge Farm is pleased to welcome Sam Berry as the newest member of our staff.  Sam’s initial work experience with us was first here at the barn and then as an essential part of our support staff at the horse shows at the Thunderbird Equestrian Show Park in Canada.  Both Paul and Corky were so impressed with his work ethic and manner with the horses that they immediately made the decision to hire Sam upon their return from the shows.  Although his primary duties will involve working with Paul on a daily basis to assist in preparing, schooling, and riding the horses, we look forward to an expansion of his duties as he becomes an integral part of the Wells Bridge Farm team. It is a privilege to be involved in the development and education of a young professional and we have great expectations for Sam.

October 15th will be Katie Rosenzweig’s last day here at Wells Bridge Farm.  After evaluating her long term goals, she has made the decision to pursue her judging career and to obtain her Realtor’s license.  We have been so pleased to Katie working for us for the past year and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

Following Katie’s departure, Paul and Corky will take the necessary time to evaluate our staffing levels and to make additions as necessary to meet the needs of our clientele.  Our ability to serve you and your horse in our primary concern and we will do all that is necessary to maintain the same level of professionalism and excellence that you expect.  With any addition to our staff, it is imperative that we find the right person to become a member of our team and we will take all of that into consideration with any hiring decision.

It’s that time of year again!  Littleton Equine Medical Center will be conducting a fall vaccination and worming clinic on October 14th.  Please utilize the sign- up sheet in the lounge to inform veterinary staff of all of the services you would like for your horse.  Please also sign up for a dental exam and work by Dr. Dunbar in the lounge as well.  Colorado Equine Clinic also will be conducting fall vaccinations and worming.  Please call the office directly to arrange services for your horse.  If you do not use either LEMC or CEC, please note that you will need to provide proof of vaccinations and worming to Dorothy by the end of October.

Did you get some wonderful pictures of you and your horse during the past spring and summer shows?  If so, please share them with us!  We are looking for 5x7’s to update our photos in the lounge.  If you have a larger photo you would like to share as well, please see Dorothy to coordinate how it can be displayed.  Thanks for your help!

With all the new horses arriving, this is a great time for us to update our stall signs.  Over the next two months, we will be replacing all of the signs in the barn to reflect the newer feeds and feeding schedule of the horses.  Thanks for your patience as we complete this important task!
